Yes. We build API integrations with CRMs, accounting and inventory software, payment and delivery services and other systems, along with automated workflows for moving data between them. Where the other side has no public API, we look at the alternatives - file exchange, an XML feed, or something at the database level - and say honestly if one of them is too fragile to depend on long term.
Every interface is built assuming the other side will sometimes be unreachable. Failed requests are logged and retried, nothing is lost, and the person responsible gets an alert. That's part of the work rather than an add-on - without it, a broken interface is usually discovered through a customer complaint.
Most often for answering repetitive questions and classifying content. Our own product, Vestly.ai, is a chatbot that answers only from a company's documented information and hands anything else to a person. We don't recommend AI where a wrong answer costs more than the time it saves.
Not necessarily. Often it's enough to connect the systems you already have and add a few scheduled jobs. We only suggest a new tool when the logic genuinely can't live in the current systems.
A simple one-way interface usually takes a couple of weeks. Two-way synchronisation, where either side can change the data, takes longer, because most of the work is thinking through conflicts and failure cases. We give a firm estimate after the mapping.
