One tool instead of ten spreadsheets.
When a process has outgrown its spreadsheets, a new website won't help. We build web applications that keep the data in one place, give every role the view it actually needs, and hold up under whatever next year adds.
When to get in touch
The problems this service solves
The process lives in spreadsheets and email
Data sits in several files and nobody knows which version is current. We move the process somewhere changes have a history and an owner.
Off-the-shelf software nearly fits
Every licence means a compromise and half the features go unused. We build what the process actually needs - no more and no less.
Customers phone in to ask for information
Order status, documents and reports get passed along by hand. A customer portal puts them in the customer's own hands and gives your team their time back.
The idea isn't validated yet
Building a whole product before the first user is an expensive way to be wrong. We start with an MVP that solves one real problem and can genuinely be used.

How an application comes together
- 01
Process and users
We walk through the current workflow, the roles and the data, and look for where an application wins the most.
- 02
Scope and prototype
We agree the boundaries of the first version and build a clickable prototype, so the logic can be played through before anything is coded.
- 03
Build in stages
We work in short cycles, so at the end of each one there's something you can genuinely use and steer from.
- 04
Rollout and iteration
We move users across, train them, and carry on building from what real use turns up.

Frequently asked questions
A website presents information; an application does work. If people have to log in, enter or change data, see different things depending on their role, or if the process has states and approvals, it's an application. Often the right answer is both: a public site with a portal behind it.
We choose the stack to fit the job, not the other way round. We've built on Laravel and Vue, on WordPress and custom PHP, and with modern JavaScript frameworks. If you already have a development team or a preferred stack, we work with it, so the result stays something you can maintain.
Small enough to finish quickly, and large enough that someone actually uses it. In practice that means one clear user journey from beginning to end, rather than ten half-finished features. Everything else goes on a list, ordered by what the first users actually ask for.
Yes, including one somebody else wrote. We start by reviewing the code and the data model, then say honestly whether it's better to build on it or replace it piece by piece. We only recommend a full rewrite when it's genuinely cheaper than patching.
That's agreed before we start. We can stay on as the technical partner covering monitoring, updates and further development, or hand the whole thing over to your team with documentation. Either way the code and the infrastructure are yours.
