A premium product needs a premium presentation#

The decision to buy silk bedding is made on material, feel and trust. A standard product gallery and a list of technical specifications don't do that work.

The challenge#

The product has qualities you can't see on a screen: the weight of the material, the finish, the certifications. Those had to reach the buyer without turning the product page into a wall of text.

The solution#

We built a custom WooCommerce theme where the product presentation is arranged around material and detail. The OEKO-TEX certification is presented as part of the product's story rather than as a footnote.

What changed#

• The presentation matches the brand - the store doesn't undersell the product it's selling.
• The journey supports the sale - the information reaches the buyer where the decision is made.
