A building that has to be shown before it is finished#

Pärnu mnt 21 is a new commercial building near Vabaduse väljak. Letting starts long before anyone can hold a meeting in the rooms, so the site had to do the job a walkthrough would otherwise do.

The challenge#

The weight of a property site isn't the text, it's how quickly someone works out whether the space suits them. Size, location and condition have to be readable in one scroll, because that is exactly how fast the comparison with a competing space happens.

The solution#

We built a custom WordPress theme where the visuals carry the load: full-screen photography of the building and the rooms, with short facts beside them. The commercial spaces and the location each got their own view, so neither question interrupts the other.

The enquiry has to be within reach#

The decision to view a space rarely happens on the home page. The enquiry form is therefore reachable from every page rather than hidden on a contact page, and filling it in asks for no more than a contact and a sentence.

What changed#

• The spaces are visible before a meeting - a prospect reaches a shortlist on their own, not over the phone.
• An enquiry is one click away on every page, not only in the contact view.
