A home you can only see on drawings#

Koduallee is a residential development by Hausers. Apartments go on sale long before the keys are handed over, which means a buyer makes one of the larger decisions of their life on the basis of renders and floor plans.

The challenge#

A development site always has two readers. One arrives to imagine, and looks at pictures. The other is further along and wants numbers: square metres, floor, price, completion date. A site that serves only one of them loses the other.

The solution#

We split the site so that emotion and fact don't compete. Renders and interiors carry the first reader, plans and the price list carry the second - and each is reachable straight from the menu, without passing through the other.

Construction you can see#

A separate build-progress view shows where the work currently stands. For a buyer who has committed money to a building that doesn't exist yet, that is the most reassuring part of the site - and it heads off the sales calls that begin "how is it coming along".

What changed#

• Plans and prices are public - the buyer compares for themselves rather than by email.
• Build progress is visible, not something to ask about.
